James Kaposa leads WBCG’s business development activities in Zambia, strengthening trade and logistics linkages along the Walvis Bay–Ndola–Lubumbashi Development Corridor (WBNLDC). He serves as a key interface between WBCG, government institutions, corridor users, and private sector stakeholders, working to unlock trade opportunities and improve corridor performance for Zambian cargo.

His responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, market development, cargo facilitation, and the promotion of Walvis Bay as a strategic alternative gateway for imports and exports. James actively supports initiatives aimed at reducing transit times, improving predictability, and enhancing the overall efficiency of cross-border logistics operations.

James’s in-depth knowledge of Zambia’s trade environment, combined with his strong relationship-building skills, enables him to effectively support exporters, importers, and logistics operators. His work contributes directly to increased corridor throughput, regional integration, and WBCG’s mission to deliver seamless, competitive transport and logistics solutions.
