The Walvis Bay Corridor Group (WBCG) was established in 2000, to drive business development initiatives that increase cargo volumes through the Port of Walvis Bay and the Port of Lüderitz, and along their associated corridors.

John Dias represents the Namibia Transporters Association on the Board. He brings extensive industry insight into road transport operations, freight movement, and cross-border trucking challenges. His role strengthens engagement with transport operators and supports initiatives aimed at improving transit efficiency, safety, and regulatory coherence across corridors. He advocates for solutions that enhance the ease of doing business for transporters using the Walvis Bay Corridors.
